They blame it on the owne

Its 19 days since l vacated a flat (Unit 7 Crystal Heights Georginia) administerd by this company and they blame the owner for the fact that l still have not received my deposit back. I am currently making plans to reoccupy the flat even if there is a new tenant. They will have to evict me when they have given me back my deposit. They blame the owner and say he is still waiting for an invoice. They do not care that the law says l must get my deposit back in 14 days after l have vacated.
I suspect that someone is trying to money from my deposit using technicalities inherent on the lease agreement. If they think that l will give up my money then they have something coming. If they do not want to respect the law then lets wait and see.
