They just don't care! Delaying deposit refund

On 1 August 2013 we completed our exit inspection at the property we were renting and after no faults were found we still wait almost a month for our deposit, which should have been returned in 7days. This agency seems to have a bad habit with follow-ups and a disgusting way of leaving you hanging when you need assistance. Today is the 26 August 2013, we have still not received our deposit and all they seem to do is make up excuses, as to why it has not been paid yet. We have nothing to do with their service failures but yet they hold on to our deposit and play blame games. I don't care about the complicated situation (as they keep mentioning) which has caused the delay, that is between Just Letting, Landlord and Agent and has nothing to do with us yet, they hold our deposit!!! BTW I already wrote to head office and they're just as useless at resolution, all they do is forward your complaint to the branch. Ronica, please don't bother as it doesn't help the fact they will apologize for the delay and tell me there's nothing they can do to speed things up. This is a public complaint for people to recognize bad agencies who do bad business. STAY AWAY from JUST LETTING.
