Incompetence and horrific service

We had out gate motor replaced by JLG Projects over a month ago and to date are still having problems with the motor! After numerous calls they send some incompetent person that keeps saying it should be fine, there has been over 5 technicians and the gate still is not in correct working order. When I spoke to the "owner" he tells me we are lucky at someone evens comes out to see what the problem is. Please do not ever use this company unless you want endless fighting to get right what you have paid for?
