Bad service

My experience this morning at Builders Warehouse at approximately 09:00 was not a good experience. After waiting for more than 10 minutes for assistance I left. The gentleman at the electrical section was stock taking and not interested to help me, two other gentlemen were going to call on others to assist but disappeared never to be seen again. This is not the first time I had this experience when visiting this branch - funny how well the others branches are run, you always leave feeling that something was achieved in environments with personnel that are so friendly and efficient.
