Pro-tech Wall & Roof Coatings -Very Bad Experience

In 2012 we employed the above Company to roof coat approximately 75 square metres of a flat portion of our roof. The first day they came they stripped the initial coating and I asked the man in charge if it rained during the night would we have a leaking problem to which he replied I doubt it. It rained that night and we ended up having waterfalls in the kitchen, dining room, passage way, cupboards etc to which they adopted a "tough luck attitude". When they completed the job and after a few days it began to rain again, lo and behold, we again started to have leaks in certain areas (albeit not the waterfall previously experienced). Trying to get hold of Protec again was a nightmare - not only was their workmanship poor (and I have now had this verified by 2 independent roof specialists) but their after sales service/customer service is almost non-existent. Protec did not answer calls and when I eventually did get hold of them I was told they would come to look at the problem the next day which never happened. Almost 1 year down the track and more roof leaks - more phone calls and promises to call back (still waiting) - . I would never use them again.
