I ordered blinds from Apollo and specifically asked for valance to be added. When I collected the blinds, the valance was not there. I requested the valance and was told that the blinds never come with a valance and that my order does not reflect one. This resulted in a huge fight as I did order the valance and he was implying that I never did. Eventually he contacted the person with whom I ordered and he confirmed that I did order it and that he will get it and let me know when ready. When I went to pick it up, it was the wrong type of valance. It resulted in another fight implying that I never ordered or paid for the valance and they were doing me a favour by giving me this one. In fact, I was asked what I am going to do about it since I had no proof that I ordered the valance (despite one of the employees confirming that I did order it). I left with the wrong valance after a huge fight telling them that I would be writing a report on HelloPeter. They told me that they don't care whether I write a report or not. I do not expect any response but would not recommend anyone to use them.
