He is a Contractor. He came, he quoted and we accepted in September last year. We supplied the ceiling boards which were installed. He tiled the floor, it is a shockingly disugusting job which we will have to redo. We paid him upfront for the cupboards, which he said he needed the money to place the order. We never saw the cupboards and he never returned to finish the job.
