Unacceptable service

After ordering build in kitchen cupboards, cupboards was delivered and the contractor started installing on the 10th of September. To my utter dismay the contractor advised that some of the cupboards was the incorrect size, but that he would email Builders and advise them of the correct size. On the 20th of September we were advised by Builders that the correct size had arrived but that they cannot give a time of date for delivery thus my husband went and collected the remaining cupboards and we had to negotiate a time with the contractor. Upon their arrival once again the cupboards was not the correct size. My husband then went to builders on the 24th of September to see Wynand to reiterate our dismay and to confirm the correct size. Wynand ensured us that he would see to it that the order would be expedited urgently and correct. Yesterday 8 Oct, two weeks later we had to go to builders to enquire and "who would guess" the cupboards had arrived but once again not the correct size. One would expect a large business concern like Builders to be on the top of their game. This was the impression given to us when we visited the store.
