Shocking service, late delivery, defective goods

Hi ive had 3 orders with zando all of which i had not recieved delivery date s for either one . thier policy is del in 3 to 5 working days, i waited almost 2 weeks for the 3rd order and recieved no explanation for the problem, i was told monday by a consultant {i have all the mails saved }only to learn from a manager that this was not true that it hadnt even been dispatched after a whole week and a half i had to wait till friday, i informed the manager Monique bless her cause she was helpful to make sure the goods were in good condition as my second order was for the same shoes but were dirty and so to prevent i requested they check the goods this time around . i again recieved dirty defective shoes i ve emailed zando pictures .after waiting literally two weeks for delivery, being misinformed, false promised and in the first place not recieving delivery dates, having to call literally 20 times wasting my money and having no compensation for my money and time wasted i recieve defective goods even after telling them previous failings giving opportunity not to make the same mistakes . further more i signed up for their newsletter to get a R50 voucher im yet to recieve
