Refusal to repair damaged and sub-standard work

Budget Bathrooms installed an en-suite shower, toilet and bath in October 2012. They were paid in full but I subsequently found that the shower did not drain. After 3 months of promising to repair the defect they have now resorted to ignoring me!
I have now had a "professional" plumber in to repair and they have reported that the pipes were not laid correctly with enough "fall", hence not draining. This has cost me an eneormous amount of time and money to chop up my newly laid floors to repair the defect.
Please stay away from this guy. As soon as one complains, you become Public enemy no.1 to him and all co-operation ends. He uses your complaints as an excuse not to continue work!!
Needless to say I will be taking legal action against this unprofessional and unethical man.
