Drainage problem

Jeff van der Walt owner of Budget Bathrooms renovated my bathroom in November 2012. Upon paying him in full nearly R50, 000 I found that my shower was not draining and overflowed with every shower.
It has been 2 months now and Jeff has given me the run around and will not return to fix the problem. He has undertaken to fix it but is not acting in good faith and is attemping to say it is not his problem.
When the customer becomes irate he uses this as an excuse not to be co-operative.

DO NOT USE BUDGET BATHROOMS EVER!!! YOU WILL LOSE MONEY ON REPAIRING POOR WORKMANSHIP DONE BY THIS COMPANY.

Further, he does not have a business address or land line. He only has a PO BOX and a cell number which he never answers to known customers.

His attitude is juvenile and petty and everything is personal to him. STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!
