Looking for Window Blinds - give this one a miss

The slide fitting on one slat on the vertcal blinds in our bedroom has failed and it took 3 phone calls over a period of 3 weeks before Wayne even came to take a look. He promised to return the following morning to remove it, take it to the factory so that it could be returned the same day. Another week went by and a fourth call elicited the response that it was impossible to do the job in 1 day. When I threatened him with listing on Hellopeter, he said that it would be done that day- last week Thursday. To date no show. Another example of the prime problem with South African business - Over promise and Under deliver.
