Ordered nutec house a week ago still waiting on it

I ordered a nutec house by Lonwabo Gqalane .promised delivery within 3 days since last saturday.on da of delivery which was thursday 21 feb 2013 I got a sms saying they behind schedule due to weather and promised delivery on saturday da 23 feb 2013 but still didn't pitch up and promised agen for monday 25 feb 2013 as the first thing and still didn't pitch up. I tried phoning him and he don't answer the callls or ignoring me.
