Pathetic service

What a frustrating experience working with your company. Such pathetic service. I have been struggling for 4 days to get Drain Surgeon to come out to fix my toilet. I rent the place I live in. Owner wanted a quote before service. Took a whole day for your office to inform me that quotes are not given after 16:00. Owner agreed to just fix toilet without prior quote. Phoned your office immediately to inform Maggie. Was phoned by one of your plumbers wanting to come 3 days after I had initially phoned. I had to find out if someone was home, phoned him back to say he could go fix it, he stated he only gives quotes. AFTER I HAD TOLD MAGGIE A QUOTE WAS NOT NEEDED ANYMORE.Phoned Maggie AGAIN, she said she accidently gave him the job card, had to wait for him to come back before a service plumber could go out. Told her I would rather use another company. She phoned me 10 minutes later and suddenly someone was available. I didn't answer or respond. Today I get a very unprofessional sms saying the plumber is at our gate, I should phone security to let him in, AFTER I SAID YOUR SERVICE WAS NOT NEEDED ANYMORE and no-one was home at 14:00 in the day. We all have jobs. POOR POOR service.
