Worst service delivery as supplie

I, as a decor company use a variety of supplies to be able to help my clients achieving their dreams in home improvement and decor. As it happens CRAWFORD'S CARPETS & BLINDS, was one of my suppliers as they do a product that a client required. Unfortunately, the personnel and directors does not care about their clients, service or due dates. They would supply you with a delivery date and time and are not able to meet their own deadlines.
Arriving on the date and 47 minutes later then what they said, the items was still not ready. If that was not enough, they demand an EFT as payment as company cheques can be and you as client may not have money in your business account (according to their in house accountant) When this matter was laid on the table of director, Mr Crawford, his response was that of someone that just don't care. Product is late, so what!!!
Avoid business with this company!
