Supplier fails to remedy fault

Section of blinds were installed incorrectly at the mosque resulting in rain water seeping into the covered area and causing damage to the carpets. Repeated calls to the company representatives (Edita, Mike, Errol) continue to result in in empty promises been made and 3 months later there has been no action on behalf of the company to rectify the fault - despite full payment been made and product still falling under the warranty period.
