Very poor service and delivery

We purchased a new 300 ltr Solar geyser that was installed on the 14 February 2012 they changed the date without notice and arrived on site did not ask any one the were the geyser should go started installing and damaged my brand new roof. I have also found the installation to be very poor with them using unqualified staff. The sales guy Anton keeps avoiding the situation and I was not able to speak to the owner either and now I sit with holes in my roof. Very very unprofessional company and I advise people do your homework?
