I purchase blinds from a company called Bevolve Decor Emporium. After being told that we will not receive the goods until we have paid upfront, i duly paid, sent them a payment notification to which he responded that he has ordered my product, and then... nothing! I attempted to call them two weeks later (I had been communicating with the owner, Nathier Cassiem, on email) only to find that the telephone number on their website does not exist. I mailed him and he sent me an sms. He promised to arrive at my house on Tuesday, it never happened. After another call, he arrived on the Thursday to install. I ordered blinds for the door and one for a window. The blinds for the window were too big even though i had given them exact measurement. He said they would send it to the factory to fix and he would be back personally to install. I am still waiting. After numerous emails, texts, attempts at calling and Nathier has chosen to ignore me. I have mailed him telling him that my next step is laying a charge with the police for (because clearly this is what this is) and still this has not phased Nathier in the slightest. I will now be contacting the Police and laying the formal charge.
