Very bad service and of cell phone

I've paid blinds and the installation of it on the 22nd of July 2013, I had to wait for more than a month before Top Carpets came to install the blinds.

On the 2nd of September 2013 Top Carpets send two black guys to install the blinds, I stayed in the apartment while they were busy. I called one of them to the bedroom to show him that something is wrong with one of the blinds while the other one was in the dinning room.

The finished up and I returned to work, in my way to work I realize that I don't have my cell phone on me and said to myself I find it at my apartment after work. Upon returning home I realize that the cellphone was gone from the dinning room and immediately realize that it must have been one of the installation guys that took my cell phone.

On the 3rd of September I reported this to Top Carpets and to no avail not a response to rectify what one of their employees have done.

WHAT A RIP OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE TO HAVE PAID FOR BLINDS AND TO WAIT FOR MORE THATN A MONTH FOR IT TO BE INSTALLED, AND THEN HAVE MY CELL PHONE TO BE FORM THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!

I've made the decision to report this matter to my nearest police station.
