BAD AND INCOMPLETE SERVICE

Original Quotation of 29 November 2012 refers. I called their office regarding my concerns about the damp coming through my bedroom ceiling in December 2012. Adam was not available and Darryl immediately dispatched your team to plug the problem areas. It was the last working day for your staff in December and they said they would come back in January to complete the job. I paid the required 50% deposit for the job.
I called Adam and advised him that I would only be available after 11 January 2013 and he said he would diarise the fact and attend to the job after that date. The team arrived and worked on my roof, it seems only painted the silver paint. They left my solar panel pipes disconnected and the panels in one corner of the roof. They had not repaired the entire roof, as undertaken but painted over the bubbling surface. I have left 2 telephone messages, send one email and one fax and have not had any response or communication from them whatsoever.
Please can you help me.
