Storage Cube
Bad Service all round

They failed to deliver some of my goods, I'm still waiting! they have a bad attitude, they constantly have excuses, there have been times where I have needed to go into my storage and due to last minute events I have twice not been able to go, but they still charge me to get the cubes out for me, which is ok, but they give me attitude when I ask them to bring cubes out again. If I'm paying for it, they shouldn't give me attitude!
they do not communicate with me at all when they can't deliver, and they have come to deliver once without telling me the time, and are using that against me for all the times they have not delivered! they keep saying they will deliver my goods the next morning, by end of day, they come up with an excuse and keep promising they will deliver the next morning. Its been 3 weeks of excuses and every time I ask them to prioritise our delivery they say they have previous commitments. I told them I was going to complain about them on blue peter, and they told me to be careful about it as they will complain about us on blue peter too. We're a film company, we make documentaries so please storage cube, come and complain about us!
