Family Fires

Last month I started looking around for a fireplace. I got quotes thru all the major companies but the one that really stuck out for me was Family Fires.
When I phoned I was given a very friendly greeting by Shaun (or Shan?), who was very helpful and gave great advise. He said he would be in contact with me shortly. 5 minutes later I was phoned by Reece who then came out that very same day to take measurements. I was very impressed by their selection of fireplaces, prices and customer service so naturally I went with Fam Fires.
Exactly 1 week later my fireplace was installed and ready to go (as soon as it was installed I finally got a call back from another company that said "they'd get back to soon").
I'm very happy with the fireplace and service I received. Thank you and Well Done.
