Manager has bad attitude

My family and I went to builders warehouse on the 8/02/3013 to shop around and then decided to buy on light that when write got to through cashier we asked to speak to the manager to negotiate a discount as we also enterto buy a pool chair. The manager immediately told the cashier NO without even talking to us or seeing our faces. He never came to us just think of that!
