Poor building!!!

Bushveld Construction was contracted to build a braai room extension onto our existing house. The qoutation was for R240 000. At R265000 only 80% of the work is completed, and the work that is completed, is of a poor quality! We are sitting with leaking roofs, plastering that is attrocious, finishing that looks like a 10 year old kid did it on a bad weekend! He offered references I could contact, but these now seem to be rather shaky at best. It seems the "references" were buddies that were helping out... Watch out all...
