Late delivery and now the problems start

I ordered a structure recently and paid a 30 percent deposit as requested, after being told that it was going to be delivered on fri the 4th of December, I got a phone call saying it would now be Saturday... And more money was requested. I explained that Saturday was not acceptable for me to receive the structure as I would be away. thankfully I have not yet paid any more money as I then received a further mail placing me on 'terms', all these requests for money before delivery makes me start to wonder why. I would definitely want my structure before any further money gets paid, or better my money back.
