Purchased building supplies 26 Jan 2013

I purchased building supplies on the 26th of Jan 2013. Delivery was scheduled for the 28th, which took place but not all the stock was delivered. a Steel Window Frame was delivered without handles on it and this was also noted on the Delivery Slip.
Phoned the branch and was told I have to come in to the branch to sort this out. I drove there all the way from Pierre van Ryneveld, discussed the matter with the sales guys at the materials section.
I wanted to return the windows frame because it was too big in any case any I was told it would be arranged when the rest of the materials were delivered. On Monday the 4th I phoned the branch again and was told by Eddie that he will speak to his supervisors and come back to me... I am still waiting. I had to buy the remaining supplied from another vendor just to get the job done.
