A very bad service

I bought building materials and they failed to deliver my things early i had to go there and make calls before they delivered and when they delivered the materials was short but in the first place when i bought they didn't tell me that they don't have stock and on the delivery there was 2000 bricks but i only bought a1000 brinks and now when i went there yesterday to claim a refund on the remaining stock the i was still waiting for they told me that they cant give me the whole money because they deducted the the money of the other bricks which i did not buy so they could not give me my whole money because of the mistake that i didn't make but they are the one who did it . and the manager was rude he did not compromise and didn't even care he just stood there and told me that there is nothing he can do they have to get the bricks first from my house before they can refund me the money so I'm very disappointed in that store they are incompetent and as for the manager he should go for a managers course becouse he does not know how to treat or handle matters.
