AAA Electrical Rip Off

In the evening of 13/6/2013, my house in Parkwood's electrical supply dropped. Being new
to Jhb, my wife called AAA Electrical from internet reference and they responded. The
guys arrived shortly after and began an investigation and repair. It took
them no more than 1 hour and they replaced 2 old ceramic breakers that had
fused. My wife was required to pay the bill.
I believe there is something very unreasonable in R4554.30 (inc VAT) for
this simple repair. I have been involved in protracted discussions with AAA Homes, Mrs James and Mr Dennis, over the last few months and they asked if I could provide a comparative quote
for the same work. This was provided for R2793.00 (inc VAT) for the same work.
A difference of R1761.30 for 40 minutes work. A huge rip off... since providing this, no further communication has been entertained by AAA Electrical despite many efforts...
