R O Water Systems
False pretext - installation is not included

R.O. Water Systems sold a water purification system with installation included to me. Upon wishing to install the R.O. Water Systems plumber indicated that due to the age of my homes plumbing, substantial upgrades would have to be implimented at a massive additional expense to myself. I decided to not go ahead, and requested reimbursement. R.O. Water Systems reimbursed me with deductions of 2 visits.

Surely if you sell a system including installation, and installation is then not possible, a call out fee should not be charged?!

I'm upset, as firstly I was looking forward to having installation and a clean water system, and secondly for then either being saddled with the installations costs, or being charged for call outs. Don't promise something you can't deliver on!
