Poor Workmanship, after sales service, Eskom rebate

We had a solar panel installation done for our geyser by the above company. We experienced problems with the installation and the response to our requests where ignored. Amongst other things, the one tube was not working and we were eventually promised delivery of the tube last Thursday, which needless to say, has still not happened. Upon installation of the panel it was discovered that our geyser was leaking, which we subsequently replaced. The installation team then attempted to take our brand new geyser element, and had my husband not asked for it back they would have taken it. We contacted the suppliers of the system and where informed that the installation of the panel was not done correctly either. It has been more than a month now, and we still have no proof that our papers where handed in for the Eskom rebate. Please beware of this company.
