Jacuzzi Heat Pump

Please help. I bought a heat pump for my jacuzzi from Brandon at Techno Spa in November last year. After waiting for 3 weeks for delivery, it was eventually installed, but to my swimming pool. The installation had to be re-done. Another problem appeared and they came back to fix it. After that the pump tripped my electricity after running for 2 or 3 hours. Brandon made an appointment 3 weeks ago, but phoned me in the afternoon to postpone till the following morning. He never came. Since then his phone is off and he does not return calls that I leave at the office. Yesterday somebody phoned me from their office and promised he will attend to the problem and call me back in the afternoon. Nothing. I tried to speak to Stanley, the owner, but he is never available and also does not return my calls. Should anybody want to do business with this company, please think very carefull. Service is not part of their business profile.
