Unprofessional and Poor Service

The said company was contracted to box-in a Jacuzzi and to furnish a new pump, filter, blower motor system etc, so that it functions as a "plug and play" unit. After waiting for an extended period, the Jacuzzi was finally delivered, without the installation being correctly completed. Numerous messages were left with one of the company's consultants, but without any avail. The company also failed to return the supposedly broken equipment that was sent to them in the first instance for installation (pump, blower motor and filter). Upon the permanent connection of electricity to the Jacuzzi and testing the semi-functional system, the blower motor started to spurt water all over the show, which has now damaged the wooden box, with the Jacuzzi being rendered useless. I am utterly disappointed with this company, the contempt with which they have treated me as a client and the fact that I have paid for this disservice! I will not recommend this company to anybody and those who want to make use of their "services" should really think twice! Save yourself unnecessary expenses, grief, disappointment and frustration by NOT making the same mistake as I did by utilising their services.
