Iq Contraction
Poor poor service and bad treatment

Good Day
IQ contraction was appointed by ABSA insurance company to come and repair my damaged roof. Firstly, company does not respect clients job card states that they do work within two day bat they failed. first day (24/01/14) they came at 11:00 with insuffiecient stock knowing that companies are no more supplying them then we agreed on IBR roofing they left and came back the following day (25/01/14) at 10:00 they did n`t finish they promised to come again on monday (27/01/14). they came at 10:00 without stock they left again to go and buy cement they came back after 13:00. actually they came to remove ceiling. their supervisor Steven said not all ceiling will be removed but the ceiling is damaged. we didn`t agree o ntha he called his boss and the boss called said his company is going to repair what is damaged by rain only not the one that was there before the incident i said the ceiling was damaged after storm because it was raining after that. He asked me if i am the builder or i have experience.
