Poor service and NO response from CEO

For 2 years I paid the full amount @ registration for my daughter to ensure that I recieve the discount offered by the college. June 2011, Anschen came home to inform me that we owe the college money and she cannot write the exam. After several e-mails, this was sorted. Apparently there were many incorrect accounts that had to be sorted.

In July 2012, I once again received an account that I owe college an amount of R5 347. I sent a mail to Karel Botha and copied in mrs Koeleman. Mr Botha sent the mail to Chantel Adams at the admin office on 23/7/2012. Up to date I have not received any feedback from either Chantel or her senior at the Admin office about this matter. Only mrs Koeleman has replied. She has sent several e-mails to Admin office but they dont even reply to her.

After being really tired of situation, I sent an e-mail to the CEO, mr Leon Beech. I put on a "read-receipt" so I know he (and his assistant) has read my e-mail complaint on 11/12/2012 but to this day I have had no reply!
Is this the way we set an example - poor administration and even worst client service! Is this what you teach the students?
My last acc as reqeusted at campus, states I have a credit?
