Poor after-sales service

I had my pool relined by Toughflex during 2011, and was pretty happy with the end-result.
A year later the pool has started leaking, and I asked Toughflex to assist in repairing.
After an initial assessment of the work required with Robbie, I set up an appointment with him to do the work. On the day he did not show up, no call or apology.
Not happy, but I rescheduled. Second appointment, no show, no call or apology.
I called Robbie to find out what the problem was and got excuses about being very busy at a 'difficult client'.
I set up a third appointment. sent an SMS to confirm appointment. No response, no show, no call or apology.

I felt that I needed to use Toughflex for this repair, as they are the supplier of the polymer coating used to line the pool, but quite frankly I have now decided that Toughflex are so inept that I would rather use sa different supplier, even if it requires additional expense.
Best to avoid this company.
