Cupboard NIghtmare

Cupboard Value, Durban North were employed, by me, to install new kitchen cupboards. This was a nightmare, from beginning to end. The culprit, "the boss" Craig Davie.. After weeks of problems, eventually, this man's wife, Samantha, turned up for the final payment, clutching flowers for me... Anyway, water under the bridge. Now I am waiting, AGAIN, for them to come and mend the glass window for my cupboard which FELL OUT five weeks ago due to plastic hooks which disintegrated five weeks after being installed. So far, seven days and still waiting. They don't even bother to phone to tell the customer what is going on.
This has to be the company with the WORST customer service I have ever come across. And upset customers are many...
