Failure to repair faulty workmanship

Flooring was done by the company in April / May 2012. Less than a year later the floor was peeling and the company was contacted telephonically. They did not respond to numerous phone calls both by myself (the owner of the property) or the tenant. I have recently phoned again as the floor has got progressively worse. The person on the line was exceptionally rude, refused to take responsibility for fixing it, said "haven't you got the message that I'm not coming" and put down the phone. When I said I would report this on hellopeter he responded "be my guest".
