Pathetic

I purchased laminated floring at Flooring solutions for two bedrooms and a large lounge area. I enquired about installation at the same company and they said this service is available at R40 per square meter. On the 18th June 2013 the floor was installed, later in the month the skirting starting coming off from the wall. I called immediately and reported the problem, the installer said the paint was wet. The following month the door strips started lifting, once again I reported it this time nothing happened. In September the floor started bulging at one spot, once again I reported it and was told the installer would call me and still nothing has happened. After spending R15, 000 for the floor, I find the service absolutely pathetic.
