Cut off electricity

My name is zweli from 7975 ext 11 roodekop in leodale gardens bought this house 2011 it's the new houses recently they switched off the lights on Wednesday we thought it was because of the rates we went and paid like other people did but Gwyn they came to switch on the lights my house was not switched on when I asked them why they told me it's an illegal connection . when I moved in everything was there working water which I don't have meter for and electricity which I also don't have a meter for they made a deal with my developer to put those things in place even though even though they were not properly installed now am without electricity from Wednesday today is Sunday and am not the only person without meters in my street but am the only one with no electricity .ekkurhuleni says there are no payments which were made for my house for the meter installation but my developer says they did pay .the damage is done already my groceries and my electric appliances I need this mater resolves with the matter of agency
