13 months after complaint and waiting!!!

Did you know that when you buy a house through a developer and he owns the land you have no recall to the Estate Agents Board. YES that's how powerless the EAB system is. THE DEVELOPER CAN DO WHAT HE LIKES
Secondly the NHBRC receives a large sum of what you pay for your house when the developer registers with the NHBRC - in my case R20, 000. For 13 months since my complaint I have been waiting to see some action.
When I threatened to make this incompetence public the CEO Mr. Mongezi eventually decided to answer my emails however he does not want to put anything in writing as to the REAL reason for this negligence and accused me of not letting his staff into my house or not taking their calls. I WISH TO STATE THAT I HAVE EVERY DOCUMENT, EMAIL, PHONE CALL AND PHOTOGRAPH AND APPOINTMENT DIARISED AND CATEGORISED FOR PERUSAL
