Fridge gas refull

Last year November I got this guy to refill my gas on the fridge and it was working for one and a half months and now my fridge does not make cold, and when he refilled the gas he said he would come the following week to come and check if every thing okay and that never happand so 2weeks ago I asked him to come and have a look because the fridge is not making cold and he said he would came that afternoon witch never happand so I am with out an fridge going on 3week now, when I paid for the gas he could come quickly now that there is fault with his work he don't show up
