Poor product and poor after sales service

Electronics and household app.

Herewith the gist of my complaint.

I bought a SAMSUNG double door fridge and had endless technical problems with it. When depreciation was offered more unfulfilled promises were made.

1. That this process, to replace this fridge (depreciation), commenced in November 2012 and we are now 5 months later and still no resolution.
2. Before then, since I purchased the unit in 2011, we had the unit seen to no more than 6 times, so in effect I never had a proper operating fridge from Samsung ever!
3. In total my costs have been:

1. R11000 (RS21HDTPN unit purchased at Pick and Pay Hypermarket);
2. R1600 = 2 out of warranty repairs at R800 per repair;
3. R5000 = used Alternative Bosch Fridge
4. R5130 = Depreciation amount
5. Total costs to customer = R22730! The upgraded fridge unit RS21HFTPN, however welcome, can never make up for the loss. This excludes the total and utter frustration my wife and I had to endure over the last 2 years.

I REQUEST THAT THIS MATTER BE RESOLVED asap as we need no more empty promises from SAMSUNG on their poor products and after sales service.
