Disgusting service

Purchased and paid R40000 for two lounge suites in November 2012 eventually delivery came on the 6/12/12 of which 2 two seaters and 1 three seater was pealed and damaged they took it back the damaged pieces n till date I'm still waiting I've on numerous occasions asked for a refund but they just ignore me and my last encounter last wk when a white lady answered the call I told her I'm sick and tired of this poor service and would like to speak the she said abrubtly she can't help me I must contact the warehouse I complained that I've been doing that she was so arrogant n rude that after me complaining she just slammed the phone down I want my refund I want my R40000 back these people are frauds they demand payment selling inferior n damage goods 3 months I'm still waiting with no refund or complete delivery I don't want their product the ones they left behind here have threads hanging all over already so how long will this lounge last Please I need help
