To Whom it may Concern

I feel that people should know how this man operates. When he first came to my house to do paving he did quiet a good job one or two issues which still hasn't been resolved.
Now for the last 8 months I have been trying to get him to come out to my house to do a quote for some extra paving and fix that must get done. He was even around the corner from my house when I notice his bakkie. I approached him and he said he would come around. He never did. I called him properly 3 times after that and he still promised to come around. I called him in the beginning of this year saying "I can't believe you just don't get back to a person, tell me now if you want business or not" He replied by apologising to me and said this year will be different, After promising to come this Tuesday 29/01/13 he did not pitch. I sms'd him again and he then made it for Thursday the 31/01/13. He did not pitch. I did not call him as I was quiet upset. He called me Friday 01/02/13 at 07h55 saying was I suppose 2 see you Thursday or is it tonight.
It is obvious he has some sort of business or family problems as he can't keep a promise to run his business effectively and professionally
