We bought a lounge set from Beares in chatsworth last year november 2012 by december 2012 the lounge set was so badly damaged that we were unable to sit on it. we repeatedly reported the matter to beares and got the same story over and over again. the story was that they are contacting the supplier but never gave us feedback. finally in may 2013 they picked up the lounge set to repair. after one week with still no feedback we contacted them to find out what was going on in regards to the repairs of our lounge set they informed us that it was so badly damaged that it could not be repaired. we decided to visit the store to find out in what way we will be compensated for the damaged lounge set. what we expects to hear was a reassurance that we will get another lounge set instead what we got was the sales lady telling us that she knew the lounge set was damaged when she sold it to us and there's nothing she can do. we must wait till they contact us until then we need to be patient. this sales lady was rude and arrogant. and showed no intention of even trying to assist us. her attitude was pathetic and we are still in shock that she is allowed to treat consumers in that manner!!!
