No chairs after over 2 months

I ordered two chairs to complement a lounge suite purchased at Leather GAllery and paid a deposit of R10 000 on 22 October 2013 (cost - R14000). Today is 27 December 2013 and NO sign of chairs. Staff have no idea of what is going on and keep advising Shipment arriving one month later. Shocking that no one knows facts and are continually providing FALSE information. I was informed that the item would be here on 3 November then 7 December and now NO ONE KNOWS! Dr. Hansraj
