We have had nothing but bad service from Kayema, from installation problems where the geyser was not braced sufficiently to no water pressure due to the plastic coating of the geyser melting and blocking the filter which requires the plumber to clear. As Kayema is on holiday the message says we need to call another plumber AND THIS IS AT OUR EXPENSE even though we are still in guarantee! Otherwise we have to wait for Kayema to return to work on the 6th of January! Unbelievably BAD service continually! The other plumber was told by Kayema by a letter being sent that the client must pay.
