I engaged them to service the work aircon - the next day I came in and it was not working. They came back and sent a quote for repair. Unbeknown to me they had removed the motor without my permission- they said to get parts. We accepted the repair quote and paid the deposit- that was 27/11/13 . Nothing has been done and every time I phone there is a different excuse
