Extremely bad service, no repairs at all

AAA Electrical came to fix my mom's fridge, the thermostat & gas, they didn't replace the thermostat and she had to phone them again to replace after she already paid them for this service when they replaced the gas. Her fridge is still not fixed. They don't come out when you call as they say they would, she had to phone 5 times. 2 weeks later the fridge is still not working. When she spoke to the manager, Wimpie, he shouted at her and said she should load my fridge on her car and bring it to his workshop??? After demanding her money back the manager shouted at her that he said he would send someone... they never show up. Extreme bad attitude and not even to speak about customer service. I am appaled at the level of work of these people.
