KZN Aircon - Michelle Bryce-Borthwick

On 14 Oct 2013 Michelle Bryce-Borthwick supplied a quote for installation and supply of 2 x new Airconditioners. We paid ZAR18, 913-00 deposit, expecting installation 3 days later. After numerous delays nd subsequent (telling us the supplier had sent wrong equipment, when supplier informed us they had not received payment and had not shipped anything) she changed her story to a supplier in Dbn would be supplying the Aircons, but wanted an additional deposit as these units were more expensive or she could refund the deposit. After having suffered more than a month's back and forth attempts at communication, we decided on the refund rather than giving her more money. On 29 Nov she finally SMSd to say she was in the bank depositing our money. Any communication since then has been met with voicemail, no response to SMSs or anything. Effectively she has run away with our almost R19k deposit. Please don't be caught by this women or her company.
